These are Bible translations that I am looking at. Are they trying to make the Bible Politically Correct, or just wrong.
Not that I am anti-Jewish, but why is this the only people that you cannot say anything about negative? Are there real Jews, yes. Are there fake Jews... definitely. So I'm starting with that. For the record, Israelites are God's Chosen people who chose to keep His law. That encompasses many people, Jew and Gentile. But here is what I am finding. I have no problem with Jews, after all, my Savior Jesus was Jewish. Below are just a few of the Translations.
| Number of Times "Jews" are mentioned in the Bible Translations | ||||
| KJV= 244 | NLV= 271 | ESV = 271 | NIV = 200 | NASB = 228 |
| New KJV = 233 | 21st Century KJV = 244 | New International Version = 233 | ASV = 233 | Today's NIV = 203 |
I'm not going to go through all the changes of course, but this one I am as well as others. Since Jesus was a Jew, I consider that pretty important, don't you? By all means though I will, in a haste for time, just be quoting the verse that applies. Please look up the verse to take into context the whole story. To make it easier, links will be applied.
