Answer: TRUE! The Apostle Peter was a minister of the circumcision with the Gospel of the circumcision. During the “Acts” period Peter and the Eleven remained in Jerusalem. Galatians 2:8-9, and Acts 8:1. Their messages, during the first nine chapters of Acts were addressed to “Israel” alone. Twelve Apostles for twelve tribes. The “Twelve” is significant.
